- The second step is to find out what are the subjects the students are week or they need tutors support.
- The next important step for the parents is to find the location of the tutors. The given location of the tutor should be nearby to your location. So that they will have smooth access to your home. That will be helpful for uninterrupted and hassle free classes for long term.
- The parents have to check the qualification of the tutors so that they will be proficient in handling the subjects in the expected level.
- The most important thing is the experience of the tutors. Please check the number of years the tutors is experienced. That is available in the tutors profile.
- For 1st to 5th grade we suggest to choose female staff. Female are more caring and responsible in handling kids below 5th level. That will be suitable for the kids.
- For 6 to 8th grade both male and female are performing well so you can choose any of them.
- From 10th to 12th we suggest the parents to see the qualification of the tutors and their teaching experience. Whether they are working in schools or previously having school experience. It is better for the parents to choose the tutor with school experience.
- Regarding NEET and IIT coaching I suggest the parents to choose a trainer rather than a tutor. The trainers are specially trained and qualified to handle IIT and NEET students.
